Regan Sink
Communication Practitioner

ABOUT
I’m Regan, a communication practitioner with experience in writing, strategic planning, and collaborative team projects. Through my studies at Liberty University and Appalachian State University, I have developed a strong understanding of how communication serves as a foundation for shaping relationships, ideas, and progress in both personal and professional contexts. I have also taken a range of business classes and minored in general business, which has equipped me with versatile skills for navigating professional environments effectively.

My interests include leadership, teamwork, social media management, and advocacy work. As a disabled person living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), I bring a unique perspective and personal passion to my work. I am particularly focused on promoting disability awareness and advancing advocacy through strategic communication through means of lobbying, legislative engagement, and inspiring storytelling to create needed change.
Outside my professional work, I have an interest in astrophotography, sports, traveling, technology, and engaging in constructive political discussions. These interests keep me engaged and curious, while also enhancing my ability to connect with a wide range of people and perspectives.
This portfolio highlights some of my completed work and experience, showcasing skills and insights I bring to every project. I invite you to delve deeper into my abilities and see how I can contribute to you or your team's goals.
